Cet article paru sur le DailyMail le 20 novembre dernier, titré "50 oil tankers loitering off British coast as they lie in wait for fuel price hikes", présente comment simplement "optimiser" la vente de la cargaison des super-tankers...
La recette est simple... attendre. Attendre que les cours montent ! Alors les tanker stationnent au large des ports dans ce but, car l'attente fait également monter les cours...
